1. If we sent you the wrong product, Gate-Getter.com will refund for the most economical shipping.

Hardware - If Hardware/ratchet buckle has been altered in ANY WAY then it is non-returnable.
Straps/Pouch - All Straps and Pouches are custom made for each item according to the specifications of Gate-Getter.com. Straps/Pouches are separately Non-Returnable. If your Straps/Pouches were made incorrectly according to our specifications, please email : support@gate-getter.com
Cancel Policy:
Orders may be canceled up to the moment of shipment to customer. If any or all of the order is canceled after order has been paid for and shipped than up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Shipping Policy:
Most orders are filled within 24-48 hours and shipped to your specifications Wholesale orders will have their own manufacturing time schedule which is discussed at time of order. Shipping costs may be adjusted according to actual shipping costs and an email will be sent to the customer to confirm (usually the shipping cost is lowered). Please Note that during holiday seasons shipping may take longer than normal (please adjust to add 1-2 days to shipping).
GATE-GETTER.com is not responsible for late shipments. We use shippers with proven service. However, even UPS and the Postal Service occasionally lose orders or deliver late. We will help you track and resolve missing package issues, to the extent allowed by the shipper. Some claims have to be made by you, the recipient. Asking for expedited service on orders does not guarantee that your order will go out the same day you ordered. ALL orders go into queue according to when they are received.
Restocking Fee Policy
Any Return(s) may be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee if any and/or all of these conditions are met
1. Order was shipped correctly and all product matched what you ordered.
2. Order was returned more than 7 days after receiving it.
3. Product was used or modified before returning.
4. Product was used in a manner that was not intended and/or exceeded maximum usage guidelines.
5. Notice was not given of the shipped return item.
Liablility Policy
Any and all specifications, including listed breaking strength, are guidelines only.
Gate-Getter.com's liability shall be limited to replacement or refund (as per other guidelines on this page). Gate-Getter.com is not liable for incidental damage or injury incurred through the use of our products. Q: If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
A: We strive to keep all of our products in stock at all times, but unfortunately there are occasions when supply cannot keep up with demand. In most cases supply is restocked within 2-3 weeks. On rare occasions it does take slightly longer. You can still place the "out of stock" item in your shopping cart and check out with it, if it is out of stock for more than 3 weeks we will contact you with a date of arrival and ask if you would like to wait or get a refund. Usually "out of stock" items do not hold up an entire order, we typically ship what we have in stock and ship the back-ordered item when it arrives, at NO additional shipping cost to you.
Q: Do you offer Warranties or Guaranties?
A: Gate-Getter.com makes no warranties expressed or implied on our straps, pouches, hardware, or finished products.
Q: How long do orders take to get processed?
A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. In some cases it may take longer, but we contact all customers that take more than 48 hours to let them know the time table their order will take to get finished.
Q: How Much is Shipping?
A: UPS and USPS shipping is all determined by weight. The weight of your complete order (including box) is calculated with your zip code to determine your shipping cost. We do not add any fees to that shipping cost, you pay exactly what it costs.
